Physical Therapist

The work involves responsibility for physical therapy casework in a program designed to meet the needs of individuals referred to the program. The incumbent evaluates, plans, and provides physical therapy treatment to students in accordance with a referral from a physician or other health provider. Progress is work is performed under the general supervision of a higher level administrator, doctor, or program coordinator. Does related work as required.

Candidates must have been legal residents of Niagara, Erie, Orleans, or Genesee County for at least one (1) month immediately preceding the date of the written examination and such residency must continue until the time of appointment.
