What the job involves
An employee in this class coordinates the preparation, utilization, and fiscal management of multi-year federal and state grant funds across multiple departments. The incumbent advises in all matters pertaining to fiscal policy in relation to grant expenditures and revenue. The incumbent ensures the effective flow and tracking of grant funds while complying with established regulations and program guidelines. Work includes interpreting financial data for departments utilizing multi-year federal and state grant funds. General direction is received from administrative supervisors. Supervision may be exercised over subordinate technical and/or support staff. Does related work as required.
Minimum qualifications
Graduation from a college with federally-authorized accreditation or registration by NY State with a Bachelor's Degree * in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, and six (6) years of administrative level experience in the fiscal management and coordination of multi-agency/department federal and state grants. *Please attach to the application a copy of your college transcript(s) which must have your name, college name, and date of graduation printed on it by the institution. Grade reports, incomplete transcripts and other similar documents are unacceptable .

Residency
