Minimum qualifications

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Education, Guidance, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology or Social Work. Please upload a copy of your transcripts with your application. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility. EXPERIENCE: Six (6) years of experience working with or developing programs addressing the needs of at-risk youth and their families, in schools, in the juvenile justice system, in other youth-serving agencies or the community-at-large, three (3) of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity.
