Minimum qualifications
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of experience in the construction or installation of roads, water mains, sewer lines, or similar public works construction activities involving the reading and interpretation of blueprints, plans, specifications, and engineering drawings or surveying techniques directly related to public works construction. LICENSE: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform essential duties of the position. The responsibility for ensuring that employees possess the required motor vehicle license, commensurate with the class and type of vehicles they operate, rests with the Appointing Authority.
